Players will go through a variety of training activities to increase their skillset and performance IQ. Each Segment will enforce either ball mastery and / or decision making skills. The components that we focus on are technical enhancement which includes comfort level on the ball, functional play which helps improve decision making skills tactical understanding to process when/ where/ what to do in specific situations. We have confidence building strategies are built into each training session that will help improve each players self image/ CONFIDENCE!
