Players will go through a variety of training activities to increase their skillset and performance IQ. Each segment will enforce either ball mastery and/or decision making skills. We have confidence building strategies are built into each camp week that will help improve each players self image/ CONFIDENCE. Each day players will go through mindset development and self care activities.

Through interactive sessions, athletes will learn how to approach challenges with a positive attitude, embrace mistakes as learning opportunities, and persist in the face of setbacks. Techniques for stress management and maintaining focus under pressure will also be covered. The goal is to equip young athletes with mental tools that help them thrive in sports and life.
