Professional Coaching Support

Every volunteer coach is backed by our professional coaching staff from the first practice to the final game.

We provide season-long guidance, training plans, coaching education, and on-field support to ensure every child receives a consistent, positive, and development-focused experience.


Our coaches don’t coach alone—they’re mentored, equipped, and supported every step of the way, creating the best possible environment for every player to learn, grow, and succeed.

 League Overview

  • 4-month Fall Season (September 14 – December 11)
  • Fast-paced 5v5 format designed for more touches, more decisions, and faster player development
  • Games played under the lights on Friday evenings
  • Weekly professional training sessions led by experienced trainers

Competitive & Balanced Teams

  • Players are evaluated and grouped by skill level to create balanced, competitive teams.
  • Minimum of four teams per age group to provide exciting league play and a meaningful playoff race.
  • Every season concludes with playoffs beginning December 7, followed by the Championship Finals & Awards Ceremony on December 11.

Championship Experience

  • Championship teams receive custom championship rings.
  • Every player receives end-of-season medals and recognition for their participation and accomplishments.

Professional Coaching Support

  • Every practice is planned and led by our professional training staff.
  • Volunteer coaches receive on-field guidance, support, and organized training plans throughout the season.
  • Our goal is to create a consistent, positive learning environment for every player.

Itinerary

Monday - Practice6:00 - 7:00p

Practice days where players will learn skills and scrimmage each session. Sessions will have the trainers present to demonstrate and support coaches and teams.

Wednesday - Optional / Additional trainingTBD (between 5:00-7:00) 1hr

Small group / team training where players can work on and develp more skills. Players will demostrate skills in a game format as well. Session is lead by Stovi Stars Trainers only. This option session is only available to Level 2 members only

Friday - Game day6:00 - 8:00p

Game Day where players will come to play a proper 4v4 match with their team. Coaches will be coach there matches

Playoff week: December 7 & 11th6:00 - 8:00p

Players will align in a playoff setting where teams will play a semifinal (Monday), and a final (Friday) with an awards ceremony to follow the conclusion of the season.

  • It is required that you select a membership below. If a membership is not selected below, then your membership will not be active and the player will be removed. Membership prices are locked unless you cancel your membership.

Stovi Stars Soccer League Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Agreement

By registering for the Stovi Stars Soccer League, you acknowledge and agree to the following membership terms and conditions:

1. Membership Commitment

Enrollment in the Stovi Stars Soccer League is a four (4) month membership commitment. Your registration secures your player’s roster spot, coaching, league participation, training resources, scheduling, and league operations for the entire season.

2. Membership Options

Participants have enrolled in one of the following membership levels:

One-Time Purchase
Level 1 – League Membership

• Weekly league participation
• Team placement
• Scheduled practices
• League matches
• End-of-season playoffs and awards

Level 2 – Full Access Membership
Includes everything in Level 1, plus:

• Additional training sessions
• Fall and Winter Camps
• School's Out Camp
• Member-exclusive development opportunities
• Player Development Clinics

**One-time purchase memberships will not be charge for any future dates or services outside the season selected. Enrollment for the next season, services, or programs will be required at which point.

3. Billing Commitment

League Membership payments are committed for the full four-month season.

If you choose to discontinue participation before the season concludes, you remain financially responsible for the remainder of the four-month membership term. No additional charges will be made beyond the end of the current season.

**One-time purchase memberships will not be charge for any future dates or services outside the season selected. Enrollment for the next season, services, or programs will be required at which point.

Full Access Memberships
This is our most beneficial membership and the memberships runs all year. If you cancel prior to the season concluding you will be charged according to the season participation.

4. End of Season

At the conclusion of the four-month season, your membership commitment is considered complete.

At that time, you may:

• Let you membership continue and utilize all the services and event provided
• Renew your membership for the next season, or
• Choose not to continue future membership.

There is no obligation beyond the current season unless you choose to enroll in a future season. This engagement would be a registration through our League apps platform the next season.

5. League Policies

The Stovi Stars Soccer League reserves the right to establish and enforce league policies regarding player conduct, sportsmanship, scheduling, weather delays, field availability, and safety. Families agree to abide by all league rules and policies throughout the season.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in soccer involves inherent physical risks. By registering, parents or legal guardians acknowledge these risks and voluntarily allow their child to participate. Families are responsible for maintaining appropriate medical insurance for all participants.

7. Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Registration reserves staffing, coaching, scheduling, equipment, and roster placement for each participant throughout the season.

By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions.

    Our volunteer coaches are the heart of the Stovi Stars experience. If you enjoy encouraging kids, building confidence, and spending quality time with your child, we’d love to have you on the field with us.

    As a volunteer coach, you’ll have the opportunity to coach your own child’s team while creating a fun, positive, and supportive environment for every player. Don’t worry if you’ve never coached before—our professional training staff will provide all the guidance, practice plans, coaching materials, and on-field support you need every step of the way.

    What to expect:

    * Coach your child’s team throughout the season.
    * Be present during the same practices and game days your child is already attending—no significant additional time commitment outside of league activities.
    * Receive coaching support from our experienced staff throughout the season.
    * Learn more about the game of soccer while growing as a leader and mentor.
    * Help create an exciting, encouraging environment where kids can develop confidence, friendships, and a love for the game.
    * Receive an official Stovi Stars Coach Shirt.

    Whether you’ve coached for years or have never stepped on a soccer field, we’ll equip you with everything you need to succeed. Together, we’ll create an unforgettable experience for our players, families, and community.

    Busy schedule? No problem! If you can’t make every practice or game, we can accommodate your availability. Many of our teams are supported by multiple volunteer coaches.
